Yes. You can request a return within one year of your order date, excluding items marked final sale. Refunds are available for orders under 180 days old; after that, a replacement or store credit is available.

Yes! We recommend washing them on the gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach and exposing your socks to excessive heat.

Our fiber blends vary by style and compression level. Firm and Extra Firm use strength-specific blends developed to deliver comfort at higher compression. Check the Fabric & Care section of the product page for the exact composition of your selected pair.

Signature and Aerolite+ describe our fabric options. Signature offers a classic feel, while Aerolite+ is our lighter, cooling option at Moderate 18–25 mmHg.

GradientKnit describes the construction used for our higher-strength compression. Firm and Extra Firm use GradientKnit construction and carry the Signature fabric label.

Each strength has its own construction and fiber blend. Firm and Extra Firm are crafted for comfort at higher compression, but they feel firmer than Moderate. Extra Firm has our strongest compression and tightest feel.

Aerolite+ is currently available at Moderate 18–25 mmHg. Firm and Extra Firm use Signature fabric with GradientKnit construction.

The length of our socks are as follows: Small & Medium - 15 inches, Large- 15.4 inches, XL - 15.8 inches.

At this time, we only offer one length in each size, but the stretch in our socks is often able to accommodate both petite and tall frames. Also check out our sizing guide to find your perfect fit.

Moderate has a gentler, supportive feel. Firm feels more compressive than Moderate, while Extra Firm is noticeably tighter and takes more effort to put on.

We do not recommend sleeping in compression socks unless your healthcare professional has specifically advised you to do so.
