Refund policy
We want you to love your socks. If you are not completely satisfied with your Wellow purchase, return them within 1 year for any reason and we’ll exchange them or send you a refund.*
To request a return authorization or exchange an item, head over to our self-service return portal. If you need help or have any questions about your return, please email us at support@wearwellow.com with your order number (if you don't know your order number, you can also use an email address). We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions and a shipping label.*
- Returns must be requested within 1 year after the date of your order.
- Refunds will only be processed for orders less than 180 days old. After this period, only a replacement or store credit is available.
- All returns require proof of purchase, including purchase date.
- Excludes products marked “final sale”.
- Products shipped without a return authorization or not according to shipping instructions will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date that you return your socks. Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt at our warehouse.
- Have a question about your return or refund? Our customer service team is reachable on weekdays between 10 am and 6 pm EST and are happy to answer any questions you may have (please allow up to 48 hours for a response).
