Find Your Strength

Three levels of Knee-high support.
Same Wellow comfort at every one.

Three levels of support, one seamless sock. The difference is how hard your day is working — and how you want your legs to feel by the end of it.

The three support levels in order, from lightest to strongest. The three support levels in order, from lightest to strongest.
  • Moderate

    18 - 25 mmHg (millimeters of mercury)

    Best for Everyday

A light, even hug you forget about after ten minutes.

    Wear it for

Desk days, travel, errands, standing longer than you'd like.

  • Firm

    25 - 33 mmHg (millimeters of mercury)

    Best for Active days

Noticeably firmer from the ankle, still comfortable all day.

    Wear it for

Long shifts, long flights, days spent entirely on your feet.

  • Extra Firm

    30 - 40 mmHg (millimeters of mercury)

    Best for Strongest

Firm and immediate. You'll feel it the moment they're on.

    Wear it for

The stretches of the day that ask for maximum support.

Two ways Wellow builds compression.

  • wellowFit: Moderate, 18-25 mmHg (millimeters of mercury). Our everyday compression. Graduated support you stop noticing about ten minutes after you put it on.
  • GradientKnit: Firm, 25-33 mmHg (millimeters of mercury), and Extra Firm, 30-40 mmHg (millimeters of mercury). Our construction for higher strengths. More support at 25-33 and 30-40 mmHg (millimeters of mercury), crafted to stay soft enough to wear all day.

Level One

Moderate — 18-25 mmHg (millimeters of mercury)

The everyday one.

Moderate is the level most people start with, and the level most people stay at. It gives you real, graduated support that you stop noticing about ten minutes after you put them on. Comfortable enough to wear every day, from the first coffee to the end of the evening.

  • How it feels

Gentle and even. A light hug around the ankle that eases up toward the knee. Most people forget they have them on.

  • Wear it for

Everyday wear — desk days, errands, travel, and anything where you're sitting or standing longer than you'd like.

  • Choose Moderate if

You want compression that fits into your day without asking anything of you, or you're trying compression for the first time.

Level Two

Firm — 25-33 mmHg (millimeters of mercury)

The one that works harder.

Firm is what you reach for when your day asks more of you. It's a real step up in support from Moderate, and you'll notice it, but it's built on the same blend and made to stay on. This is an everyday sock that performs hard: firm support that holds up through a double shift, a long haul, or a day you spend entirely on your feet.

  • How it feels

Noticeably firmer than Moderate right from the ankle. Supportive without being tight. Still comfortable enough to keep on all day.

  • Wear it for

Long shifts, long flights. Days on your feet from open to close. After a hard workout, when your legs want more support than usual.

  • Choose Firm if

Your everyday compression feels great but you want more on your hardest days, or your days regularly ask more of your legs than the average.

Level Three

Extra Firm — 30-40 mmHg (millimeters of mercury)

Our strongest support.

Extra Firm is the strongest compression we make. If you're here, you probably already know this is the level you're looking for. What's different is how it's made: the same soft blend, the same seamless construction, and a sock that looks and feels like one you chose rather than one you were handed.

  • How it feels

Firm and immediate. You'll feel it going on and you'll feel it while you wear it. Soft against the skin, with none of the scratch you may be used to at this level.

  • Wear it for

The stretches of the day when you want maximum support. Most people wear Extra Firm for a few hours rather than open to close.

  • Choose Extra Firm if

You already know you need this level of support and you're looking for a version you'll actually want to put on.

Which support level is right for you?

All three feel like a Wellow.
The difference is how much support you want and how long you plan to wear them.
